About KV

Kendriya Vidyalaya National Defence Academy Started functioning w.e.f. 29.6.1963. It is one of the 20 Regimental schools taken over by Central Schools Organization. The nomenclature of the organization has since been modified as Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.The commandant NDA is its Chairman VMC while the Brig. I/C Administration is the Chairman’s Nominee.
